Though initially turned off by the nakedness of the film and its violence, the film's strong female edge and character storyline convinced her to perform the part. Butler starred in Jennifer Hills as a writer who was brutally assaulted by a gang in a cabin traveling. Steven R. Monroe directed the film, which debuted on October 8, 2010. Butler started shooting The Stranger Within, a psychological thriller starring Estella Warr and William Baldwin on Mallorca in Spain in November 2011 Butler joined the film's cast in Los Angeles of Treachery, with Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12 the 12th of June, 2012. Butler appeared the role of The Demented 2013, a horror movie starring Michael Welch and KaylaEwell.
